Legal Representation and Retainers
For family law, immigration, Wills and estate, business, and real estate matters, a retainer fee is required to begin work on the case. The amount of the retainer depends on the complexity and nature of the matter. Clients may need to replenish the retainer as the matter progresses to ensure uninterrupted legal support.
- Some services, such as immigration, real estate, Wills and Estates, uncontested divorce, simple parenting, separation agreements, and marriage contracts, are offered at a flat rate.
- Litigation matters are based on hourly rate.
Legal Coaching (Pay-As-You-Go Model)
Starting at $350 per hour, our legal coaching service is perfect for self-represented litigants seeking limited, focused legal guidance on specific issues. This flexible model offers pay-as-you-go support, empowering clients to manage their cases while benefiting from expert advice.
Contingency Fees
For personal injury cases, we operate on a contingency fee model—meaning you pay only if we win your case. This structure ensures that clients can pursue justice without upfront legal fees.
Disbursements and Expenses
Clients are responsible for disbursements, which are necessary expenses incurred during their case, such as:

All legal fees and most disbursements are subject to HST.
